Went to pick up car. Got there at 5:50 pm. Went inside. They told me papers and key in car. No one even bothered to come with me to look at the car. Went to the car opened back trunk door. Scratches where they just fixed it. Went back to the office doors locked no one inside at 5:55 pm. Went back to my car. The office girl drove by stopped asked me what was the problem. Showed her. She told me I could probably get it buffed out and the shop guys work 8-4. I told her I work 9-6. She was not very friendly or helpful. I have not been please how I have been treated here. Poorest of customers service in body shop.

The mirror images of cars approaching from the rear is not functioning correctly on either side. It show traffic when there is none and fails to show traffic when traffic is there.

Please don’t contact me. I’ve shady filled out another survey explaining as to why I wasn’t satisfied. For the three weeks it was in the shop, I was updated twice…if you want to call it that. Courtney was very vague on the status of eta of repairs. Then I was told it was ready to only find out once I drive it off the lot that they never fixed the alignment. It was a front end collision that estimates close to eight thousand dollars. You don’t think that maybe they should test drive the car to make sure it’s safe to drive?! THATS MY BIGGEST ISSUE. Then she claims that she had no idea which was a lie because that’s the first thing I said when she told me not to go thru my insurance for a rental. Literally told her I’m not driving my car off this lot today because the steering is very loose and in order to drive straight I have to have the wheel steered to the right! This is the third time I’ve had an issue with the body shop, nowhere else at Gordon though.

My coolant cord was not placed back on my engine block correctly. It was put on without being snapped into the locking mechanism. This resulted in the hose having direct contact with my engine block and the hose becoming overheated. The hose burst and coolant is all over my engine and the electrical block. It has resulted in a series of electronic issues and overheating. I am appalled by this mistake as it was simple negligence.

I have to bring it back for some adjustments to bumper that should have been made be for it left the shop headlights with gaps from fender.Now I have to see how long this will take and have to get another rental car.chip paint stuff don't line up.
