Quality of work is always terrific. Customer service is also excellent. The one area that could use improvement is the estimates. An estimate should be within ten percent of the actual price. All three of my body shop jobs came in much higher than expected. With the Chevy, the difference was fifty percent

I live in fear that someone took apart my battery and didn't put it back correctly, and that there are caps and things missing, that should have been replaced, even if they weren't part of the exact reason I brought it in there.

I was really impressed that Vanessa updated me constantly every tuesday and Thursday and I never had to call them for any updates. Also the manager was great. He mounted my roof rack as well .. I was not expecting it.. really really impressed
