I already filled out a feedback. Why do you ask again? The logic in which to make customers sign a agreement without actually explaining what they are signing is entrapment! You held my car ransom until someone paid for taking the car apart! you took my car completely apart claiming it was to give me an estimate. You know that most people in that position would feel trapped and have no choice but to have you make the repairs. In real life that is a crime and should be punished. Your explanation to taking my car apart was to give the insurance a correct estimate???? Guess what, if you would have found later that the alignment was off from the impact, you would simply notify the insurance of any additional repairs needed. So even with taking my car apart your estimate was still wrong! You make adjustments all day long for damage found later during the repair! So never again will I return or recommend you. I will be filling complaints and have filed a complaint to the insurance company. Dan Kammerer

The mirror repair was fine, but my windows have not operated correctly since then. I will now have to take the car to my dealer.

The cost was much higher than expected, but I was extremely satisfied with the customer service, work performed, and timeline. Mitchco Collision Repair is on the top of my list for recommendations to others and future requirements.
