I was told one amount by front desk and was later given inconsistent information. No one explained process to me. There was no communication between front desk and the technician who did the work. It took an additional 2 day to have auto completed. Very unsatisfied with service. I can hope that I can trust the work was done with quality.

The people I dealt with were all great- friendly, helpful, patient! However, an entire section of my lights was not working and now I have to spend time off work to bring it back in- seems like a big thing that should’ve been checked seeing as how that’s exactly where the repairs were done on my car.

The manager, Andrew was extremely nice and helpful. He answered all my questions about my repairs and informed me that I would be getting updates on my phone which I really appreciated. Andrew made the process so easy and smooth. He provided with such great customer service as well he greeted me every time I came in with a smile and answered all my questions with such calm and patience. I will definitely be coming back to ACC collision to have my car repaired and recommending Andrew to my colleagues.

Right Side blinker bulb broken when car was return. Did no one check after installation was done? It was of time and I have bring car back in for them replaced bulb
