Let's my truck sit for 3 weeks before attempting to reach an insurance adjuster. Then total took 3 months to get my truck back for less than 20 hours of actual labor due to incompetent staff and management. Terrible will never recommend

I would have appreciated repair rather than total loss, I loved my car, and wanted it fixed. I was not prepared to be forced to buy a car at the time.it seemed the damage was not as much as it was, I would have preferred repair, this car was very valuable to me personally.
