I picked up my vehicle Saturday and it was missing the liner above the stereo. I had gotten a rental from enterprise, and seeing that it was a similar vehicle the manager said I could take the part from the enterprise rental, and he would replace it. Additionally, the tailgate cap was not properly installed, and the manager told me he would call me Monday morning to have me come by and he would install a new one on my tailgate. It is now Thursday evening, and I have not heard from the manager, or any other person from the shop.

The start time on my car was delayed by 3 days for no reason. Doug my service advisor lied to me about what was going on with repair. He never returned any of my calls or call me back when he said he would. This led to me going to pick up my car and it not being ready for pickup. After I called Doug at 10 a.m. and he said it would be ready by 4:30 or he would call me. I pick d up car with a minor repair still pending.
