All the staff were great. I worked with Dave who always kept me in the know. I greatly appreciate his patience with me. I had to reschedule numerous times and he was always willing to help me reschedule. He helped me through the entire process and contacted my insurance company on my behalf. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and checked on my rental car for me. I am very pleased with Auto Craft and will be using them again if I need the services. Will recommend to friends.

They called me to say my truck was ready. At that time i asked if they took AMEX, he replied yes and then i said great! i will have one of my guys come pick it up soon. The next phone call i got was 2 weeks later where they very rudely told me they would have to start charging us per day the truck was there. I apologized stating we had gotten busy and it had slipped our mind. I also stated i would like to pay over the phone. Thats when the guy went to get a female by the name of Candy who then VERY RUDELY told me there would be a 4% charge to use a credit card, which was not relayed to me before. So i said ok we will pay with a check then. She said they couldnt take MY check because "there was obviously a reason we didnt pick the truck up" implying my check would bounce. Which is a joke. I brought her a check that very day and she stated that there were several red flags with our situation....YOU CANNOT TALK TO CLIENTS LIKE THAT.
Then they said they would call me as soon as the check cleared their bank so i could come get my truck....i waited for 3 days after the check cleared til i finally had to call them.
Just terrible customer service and ethics. The Chupeck's have been around FH a long time and i cant believe they have a successful business after this. Word of mouth is strong in this town too.
