They did a nice job on the repair. Would have liked to have more frequent updates on the progress of the repair, had to call to get updates even though I had signed up to get text messages for updates. Was also called last minute telling me my van was done, even though I was told this wouldn’t happen. But overall, I am very satisfied.

Very disappointed the paint work and anything visible was 100% but looking behind the front bumper I have zip ties holding brackets that were on my estimate to be replaced, also check engine light on for ambient air temperature sensor low circuit and honestly I cant seem to find it

Brad was great to deal with. We like the ladies at the counter. The office area, guest area was very clean and appointed well. We liked the text progress reports. The shop looks great from the street! We were imprecándome compared to the Lexus body shop you out perform them on all aspects!
We had two problems.
****. The rental car was Filthy! We spent over an hour getting new blades replaced. The oil need change the third day we had the car. It did not represent Bob **** nor Farmers well at all !
2. We were told by two BM employees that the work including the paint was guaranteed for the life of the car but when we got home and read the certificate it doesn’t say that at all!!! So is it guaranteed for the life of the car including the paint job??? Please respond.
