While we were very satisfied with the repair along with the loaner car, my wife was told she had to pay the $500 deductible to Marv's even though we had already paid it previously. This made the process confusing to where we ended up overspending with additional fees that were not our responsibility. We are now handling it with our insurance company so we can get reimbursed for that and the parts that we had paid for for the repairs.

Great experience with the whole process. Nice that you supply a vehicle to drive. Would suggest vacuuming the rentals out in between each person. The dirt isn’t as bad as all the hair that was in it.
