The Titan was very dirty inside and out. There was still blue tape on the cab. Hope the responsible party is docked some money for that day of unfinished work. I will be cleaning the truck today and let you know about the body work if there is a problem. Thanks Ken for the great contact, Trudy

A 3 day project turned into 8 days including a holiday. We didn't ask about a loaner vehicle but we should have on the subsequent 4 days, We just didn't know it would keep getting pushed out for various reasons. During the first 3 days, it appeared that nothing was worked on except on the 3 day finding that the used bumper would not work. Despite the texts that said we've got you covered and not to worry we'll let you know if there are any delays, we never recieved those notices. I had to look on the link and call in several times to find out myself. When we picked up the vehicle after the 4th day the battery was drained and we noticed 2 new dents. This added to our frustration and we were unable to use our vehicle for a scheduled trip. When we returned the vehicle for a **** day stint, it turned into 4 days.
