From the reception desk to the shop team I never felt uneasy to see the outcome of my car. The reception staff ensured to follow up in person over phone to give me updates on the progress of my vehicle once it came to their attention that the auto system was not in sync with the shop progress and Mr Flores who was the team leader for my car repairs was also prompt with updates and offered valuable recommendations for the additional work I wanted.
