Yes I was satisfied I was confused about being called on Wednesday and told my vehicle would not be done and then call Don Thursday that it was complete so other than that I was completely satisfied

We were under the impression that our car would be what is was before we were rear ended. I am very satisfied with the communication that Church Brothers provided however our car was not returned as it was. There were a few things that were not correct and we have been back and forth with them. We have also had issues with Enterprise trying to charge us? This may be a Church Brothers issue or Nationwide, we are not sure. Unfortunately the issue still isn't resolved? It is our hope that at some point soon our car will be back to it's original condition.

During the repair, you buffed or detailed a large circular area on one of the rear quarter panels to determine the overall color for the color match technology. So, I currently have a large light circle on the quarter panel that does not match the rest of the vehicle. The car should have been buffed or detailed to that the entire vehicle exterior matched on all sides. This is disappointing.

They already know about the flaws in the paint, however, after getting the car home and doing a thorough inspection, some other issues have come up that I will need to address with them.
