I warned Don ahead of time that i am very attention to detail. The bumper was not lkned up properly when picked up. I brought it back and the gaps are still not right. I will fix it myself.

As soon as I left the check engine lift came on in my car. This has never happened. I am wondering if the tire sensors were reset properly or something else was not reset.

I had to check in on my car but everyone was beyond friendly and i felt like I was never troubling anyone when I called. There were always answers even when there were delays and everyone was kind and compassionate. An accident is already overwhelming but I never felt like I was being talked down to or patronized. The women at the front desk made it easy & even asked about my dog and Don was more than kind and informative every time we spoke.
