My experience was great from the moment I walked in. The women in the front desk was one of the nicest and sweetest people ever. Actually everyone was really nice and very helpful. I was offered to help to move my things from one car to another. The text message updates were amazing. It let me know the status of my car with out me having to take time from work to call. You guys were super fast In fixing my car and when I went to pick it up it was a simple and super fast transactction, which was greatly appreciated because I had my three small children with me. My car looks great, thank you.

The “check charging system” light is now on. We didn’t have any menchanical issues with this car before dropping it off with the exception of the AC. We also feel a difference in steering as well. We will come back today to get it resolved

I was told the a.c. needed a new compressor. When i got it back i could hear the fan when i turned the a.c. on which i never heard before I was told they didn't work on that part and to see if my car still had warranty.Also front hood not aligned properly and the bottom of car cover was hanging. I will call the shop when they're open to discuss

Thank you for a wonderful job. My car looks like I just drove it off the car lot for the first time. I was worried that I wouldn't have the same glittery effect on the paint but I was wrong. I hope to never have to return but in the event that I do...I know who to go to!
