I am not satisfied at all I pointed out the obvious mistakes when I went to pick the car up. Last week when they called and told me it would be ready on Monday I told them make sure you have it right I don't want to keep bringing my car back for something that is incorrect. They call me and told me it was going to be Wednesday before it was ready again I stress the fact that it cost me money not having my car but I want to make sure it's correct when I pick it up. So online 26 when I go to pick it up I see the work was not done correctly but I saw that was obvious to the eye they agree. Which was what I wanted to avoid in the first place and they can fix their mistake. After picking up my car paying my 501 deductible I want to watch the car myself found more mistakes on the door. Then I decided to take it to a different body shop to get their opinion it was very clear to them that it wasn't done properly to different body shops and it should have never had paint put to it was the comments that they told me. I am trying to go to my bank to see about stopping my payment of the $501 deductible this is only time and we know time is expensive so it's time out of my hands and money out of my pocket additional very decided satisfied I was going by there or calling them today to see how we can remedy this but no matter what it will be costing me additional Monies very dissatisfied Sam scarcella

The guy that went over the repair was very knowledgeable and professional. I hope to never see AMM Collision again but if i have needed of repairs again that is where i still take my truck.

One does not bring a vehicle in to a body shop to have part of that vehicle in different locations from where the work needed to be done damaged. Even if the shop is willing to fix the issues it is a major inconvenience and poor craftsman ship.

My car came back with a major divit in the middle of my dashboard. The car was also very dirty.No one bothered to clean all the resident grime that comes with body work. It also had major boot marks on the driver's side landing. When I went to brush it off...I received metal splinters in my fingers. I'm going back tomorrow to try to work this out with your crew. I hope it works out well
