Someone removed my spare tire and left trunk tirecover up. I called and have to go on Monday to retrieve my spare tire, a minor pain in the ****, but worth mentioning. Overall I think Intrepid does a great job, I always bring my cars to them, they are very conveniently located close to my house, and they are prompt friendly, and do good work. I highly recommend Intrepid Collision!

I was not happy that when I picked up the car no one walked with me to ensure that my car repairs met my expectations. I had to go inside to ask for someone after I found some flaws. The car should have went through quality control to ensure the trunk was working and was repairs were of best quality. If time was an issue, I could have waited to pick up my vehicle. Instead I took additional time out of my schedule to pick up a car that was not ready. I do appreciate the effort and hope the repairs are complete.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, they were extremely bad. When this all started I received an email saying that I would get notifications about my car. I never once received an email updating me about my car's status. Whenever I would talk to someone they would always tell me that they would call me back and update me. They never did, I was always the one calling them. I was informed that it would take 6 days to repair but it took 7 because they're not open on weekends. 7 days without my car was actually starting to affect my work. So believe me when I say an extra day without a car seemed like forever. So finally the day before I was supposed to be picking it up I called and talked to David and he told me that my car would be available after 3 p.m. the next day. The following day I show up at 3:30 p.m. and my car is still not ready. They then proceeded to tell me that my car wouldn't be ready until 5 p.m. At this point I was mad because why give me a time to come in, if my car's not going to be ready?!? They then assured me that it would take 30 minutes to finish fixing all the damages and and another 30 minutes for a courtesy car wash. At this point I was beyond frustrated and I just wanted my car. So I specifically told them that I wanted to opt out of the courtesy car wash. That was the one thing that I felt like I had control over and asked them NOT to do. However, when I came back after 30 minutes they were washing my car!!! I felt like I was not being heard and my decisions for my car were being disregarded. They kept saying 'We are sorry' but that became aggravating to me because at that point their credibility for me was gone. Also I don't know if they were training a new person while I was there but it did feel unorganized when it came down to finishing all the paperwork. Felt like she didn't know what she was doing. Overall it was a frustrating experience. Hence this very long review. And to top it off the flap on my windshield was damaged and there was red paint scratched into the passenger front rim of the wheel. Would I ever go back? No. Would I recommend anyone? No
