I left my car there to fix the scratches on the right side of my car. I had no issues with how my car ran before dropping it off. The day my car was supposed to be ready I get a message that my car won't start and needs a new crankshaft sensor. Since you don't do mechanical repairs I was told I needed to get my own mechanic to fix it since it was unrelated to the accident. Of course it isn't related to the accident, because the wiring got messed up when your mechanics replaced the door. I feel like this was the case for a while after you replaced the door, but then you waited til the pick up day to tell me for whatever reason. I went and replaced the crankshaft sensor and the car still didn't start. On top of that, there was damage done on the bottom side of my right passenger doors. This was not there before and I, along with jasmine, took pictures to document it. There was also a scuff on the area above my front right tire along with another minor nick that was not there before. Now I am left without a rental car for the weekend and a car that may end up potentially needing circuits and wiring repairs after having my car in your shop. This car has been very reliable and I have never had any issues starting it. Needless to say, I am extremely dissatisfied and am going to be contacting mercury on monday about this. They will be paying to fix my car that was damaged in your shop and I may not stop there. This has been one of the most awful and frustrating experiences that I have had in quite some time. I appreciate George wanting to help, but I don't appreciate the carelessness of your mechanics and the fact that I feel like you guys were hiding this and trying to get the car off your lot to get your money and not have it be your problem anymore.
Everything was easy, which hadn’t been my experience with others. We’d def use crest again!!!
The text message updates I received did not match what I was being told by the shop and therefore affected the amount the insurance company paid for my rental car. If someone signs up for text updates, make sure they are accurate. Furthermore, I was told by the women at the front desk that they would be closing in a few minutes (4:15pm) although the shop is open until 5pm, and I needed to pick up my car. When asked why they’re closing early, they said “because we want to”. Please discuss polite customer service actions with front desk staff, and that it is their job to keep the shop open until the posted time. I’m expecting an email with my before and after photos, and an update on my concerns. Thanks.

I liked the way you gave status on the repairs. I like how you took extra effort to salvage the chrome strips to save me money. Also, the quality of the repair was amazing. It looks like a brand new car. Also; you helped me coordinate with the c Enterprise at Rental company. Finally; I enjoyed meeting the office Manager Henry.
