I already made this one comment over the phone to one of your representatives - the only issue was when my wife called on the day of pick-up to see if the car was ready, the person on the desk did not have an answer. My wife was driving the rental car only about a mile from your shop and she would have picked up the car. 15 minutes later, I received a notice that the car was ready. Than meant an extra trip out to pick up the car. Even saying this, the rest of the service and your location will make me a return customer should I ever again need repairs done.

Updates via text messages are a great idea but car was completed several days ahead of last estimated completion date. This made coordinating a time to pick up the car difficult. Repair of car was perfect. Experience other than that was also great.
