The entire experience was positive. The staff was very clear with explaining how the entire process works. They patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. They worked well with the rental car company in coordination of dropping off and picking up my car. Most importantly, the repair work was done on time and very professionally. Overall, they made the unpleasantness of having to repair your vehicle from an accident very calming. Thank you for a job well done!

When i first picked up my truck after repair it was dark out. a few days later i went up to VT to drop off some furniture and antique carpets. When i arrived i opened up the tailgate and found the carpets soaked ? I never had water in the bed before. I took a look at the Tonneau cover and it was not reinstalled correctly.I also found the license plate light not flush with the bumper,the tow hitch plug was loose.Then when filling up the gas tank i saw two screws almost backed all the way out ! Needless to say i was not real happy about the fit and finish & had to return for you to look at Then i had to return for thrid time for repairs. Kamil was helpfull & the body repair part looks great.

I’ve been very happy with the work that was done on my Jeep. I want to thank Tom for working with me and helping me to decide what I needed to do! I was grateful that my insurance company and Tom worked together to make this happen. My car was glistening when I picked it up after the work was done!! It was absolutely spotless!!!
