The staff was helpful through the process. However the incorrect parts were ordered/received, then SOME of the correct parts were received. The vehicle was returned missing one piece, along with crumpled papers from your establishment in front seat, broken pieces in trunk, car was not washed or vacuumed before returning to me. I returned to have final piece put on my vehicle and was told that my vehicle would be detailed, however it was not, I was told I would be contacted to set up an appointment for my vehicle to be cleaned/detailed - I have not received any further contact. Satisfaction 5/10 for the whole experience. Lack of communication and the condition of my vehicle upon return is the primary reason for the 5/10 satisfaction rating.

When you tell someone you will call, then call them or apologize. When you tell someone the car will be ready in a certain day and it is not. Communicate with the customer before he communicates with you. When you tell someone you can offset some of the deductible and dont. You better tell the customer you can't do it before the customer asks you if you did. Get in front of customer and you will not have guys like me who will not recommend New Look C to anyone
Communication and clarity of repair was insufficient. Initially promised delivery in 3.5 days. Delays not clearly explained. New car parts should have been looked into. Problems were not explained. 3.5 days tribes into over 3 weeks. Phone calls not returned. Quality of work was borderline. Glad to discuss further.
