Excellent service made extremely convenient with text notifications. My rental car was ready on location when I arrived to drop my car off as well. All together an excellent experience with a quick turnaround. I will always use heppners in the future.

I was very impressed with the complete process ! Gary Glass led me through the complete process from the estimate to the final inspection and warranty information. Gary also kept me informed through the process with twice daily status updates.

Extremely pleased with the people I dealt with and the work that was performed on my car.
I appreciated the communication that Tony provided. The only thing I would change is the length of time it took to complete the work. Three weeks may have been normal for the work that needed to be done, but I didn't expect it to take this long. If three weeks is normal, then my expectations were wrong. I guess the only thing that may have helped me is if we had more clearly discussed (up front) how long the work would likely take. Not sure if what I am asking is even possible. Just wanted to share. In the end, I am happy with the work you did, and Tony was great at keeping me up to date.
