Although it took a while to complete the repairs, Andrew went above and beyond to keep me informed of they delays. He also took care of all of the required insurance company communications, making sure my vehicle was returned to the condition before my run in with the deer.
I was impressed with the professionalism from Andrew and from his brother when I picked up my vehicle. I will be back if I need a body shop and will let friends and family know that Van Eck auto exceeded expectations and I feel they appreciate my business.

3 times with u. First time unhappy. Parts were ordered more than 2 weeks before car dropped off. **** week later I asked for progress report and was told parts had not arrived yet. regardless of who screwed up on parts order, there is no reason for car to be in shop, my driving rent a car and no work beginning.
I give this comment ONLY in the interest of a suggestion and not to COMPLAIN. I totally trust your work and service and if another deer attacks my car, you will see me again.

I answered Yes because the work was top notch and was done quickly, which are really the most important things. I do have a couple of minor pieces of feedback. First, the guys working the front desk...they don't seem too thrilled to be working the front desk. Maybe hire someone who's a little more upbeat and friendly??
Second, the rental experience. I realize this is only partially on Van Eck...but when i'm getting a rental while my car is being repaired I expect the rental to be waiting for me at the shop when I drop my car off. Having to take a shuttle to the rental car location and then wait in line to get my car there is a pretty terrible experience. The drop-off process should take 5 mins not 60. The rental I got was kind of a piece of junk and had an empty tank when they gave it to me. So after waiting all that time I had to go directly to the gas station. Again, I know this is partially on Enterprise and not VE, but the entire experience is a reflection on you and you should work to improve it.
My car was beautifully fixed. I think they even vacuumed it out cause it looked cleaner than when i took it! They even put my rear seat headrests back in which i had out when we helped my father in law move recently. Very pleasant people and great service alot of whats missing in some companies today. Thanks guys!
