Upon Delivery: ****. The door was hitting the striker and had to be adjusted. 2. The weather stripping was not properly installed and had to be fixed. 3. Some body clips were missing and had to be installed. Later Issues: ****. My car now smells like wet dog and hasn't gone away. 2. My car would not start in downtown Phoenix because my battery cable was not tightened and I don't have tools in my car. I managed to not be stranded on a date. 3. The driver door sounds like it's from a Chevy truck. I doubt all of the factory noise mitigating parts were installed, to maintain the Honda design. 4. I detailed my car a couple of weeks before I brought it in. There is heavy dirt and dust all over the place in crevices that I cleaned. 5. Never had the ceramic coat added to the list of approvals at week 2 and the burden was put on me to do the foot work. Whatever. I will never be back. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

I want to first state that I don't blame any of my issues on the staff technicians. Their work was excellent and their communication was always courteous. Staff emergencies happen and I understand that delays are ultimately inevitable. What was upsettting to me was how wildly off the work schedule was in comparison to the estimate. I was told my bumper would take roughly 10 business days; I received my car almost 20 business days after dropping my vehicle. It bothers me that the emergency of a couple employees would cause such a disruption to the workflow of the business. If I knew ahead of time that Carstar had such a heavy load for short-staffed workers, I would have found another shop. Surely this would alleviate the workers with breathing room and not burden customers with disappointing delays. Thank you for your time

Very polite and prompt service, excellent repair job!

The repairs performed exceeded my expectations. The only draw back from my experience was the lack of communication and not returning my phone calls as promised by the person working the front desk.

Everyone was wonderful and attentive to myself and my wife. The work was perfection, the experience dealing with Carstar was top notch. This isn't my first time using Carstar, I would recommend them to anyone. GREAT JOB.
