Satisfied with the overall quality of the work. Also very happy that you picked up the additional charges incurred for our rental car use beyond the 30 day paid for by GEICO.
Communication about when the car would be ready could have been a bit better. I called on a Tuesday when the car was supposed to be ready the following day and only then did I learn that the car would be ready in another week. That was not a major issue given we had the rental car but it was something that could have been done better.

I thought my car was fixed in a timing matter. I think the guys were very nice and polite. When I picked up my car, they did a great job with the repair and I got an extra bonus of my inside of my car detailed...definitely nice!! I would recommend this place to friends and family.

Everyone was extremely nice and the customer service was top notch. I felt like I was leaving my car with reliable, trustworthy people. Getting everything sorted out with Geico was simple, and the car was completed a couple days ahead of schedule. I also liked getting the updates via text message.

I have to say they did an excellent job on my suv, I was amazed. I would definitely recommend Jerry’Auto Body Shop to all my friends and family. My husband and I have used Jerry several times and always perfect. That is why we use them all the time. The staff there are great friendly, curteous, and they let you know if they run into a problem with your vehicle. Simply awesome
