We don’t have our car back yet. We’ve taken it back twice since repairs have been finished. Once for low Freon (no A/C) and once for low transmission fluid leading to 4 extra days of repair. We hope to get I back on Monday.

Karl's personnel were friendly, helpful and competent to a fault. Although my car is a non-GM product the body repairs and paint were still well done. Cannot tell the car was in an accident. I also liked the proximity of Hertz rental to the collision center. That too was helpful and got me on my way quickly while my car was under repair.
