Car looks like new even on the inside! There is a scratch on the bottom left side, but I don't know if that was part of the damage the hit and run driver did. It also took longer than I wanted, but that isn't your fault. I would use you again, but I hope I don't need to do so. Thank you!

When I dropped off my vehicle, my first line of contact was Jason, the Service Manager; I also interacted with several other service managers. My initial impression was that each person that I encountered at K & W was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. The work performed by K & W on my car was completed in a timely manner and I received updates approximately 2 - 3 times per day, which were followed up by telephone calls from Jason. I greatly appreciate being kept in the loop throughout the process and appreciated the continuous communication. When I picked up my vehicle, the work was done in a timely manner and my car looked great. As an additional plus, my vehicle was clean and was presented to me in a timely, professional manner. I greatly appreciate the excellent work preformed on my vehicle, the timeliness of the work and the professional, clean manner that my vehicle was represented to me.
