Although the communication from Patrick was good, the vehicle took way too long to repair. My overall assessment of the process, especially when compared to others, was poor. Some examples are: ****. There were two incidences of the vehicle failing the shop's own alignment test. 2. When we finally got the vehicle back, we discovered days later a light was out on the side repaired. 3. The shop decided a crack in the radiator was not accident related which created additional delays with approval and repair when I insisted to have it evaluated. 4. It appears the facility where I turned in my vehicle and where the repairs happened was not colocated. When my vehicle was returned to me the gas was literally on empty. This was incredibly odd since the shop is only four miles away from my home and it was not like that when I delivered it. 5. Vehicle was ready over a week after the estimate was promised. This caused me out of pocket expenses with the rental company of almost $60.

The staff at Pro-Tech were extremely professional and courteous. I received consistent updates on my vehicle's progress which gave me a sense of comfort and reassurance that my vehicle was in good hands. The completed work was better than I expected. I would recommend Pro-Tech to anyone looking to have collision work done on their vehicle.

This was my first experience with ProTech...it was great!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick and painless with competitive pricing. I loved the email updates! As unpleasant as car repairs can be, this was a wonderful experience and if I need work again in the future, I will definitely return to ProTech!
