Vehicle repair was not completed on time. I was not informed that the repair would take two weeks until Pro Tech had my vehicle for 3-4 days. Had I known that prior to the repair, I would have delayed the repairs as I needed my truck for a family vacation. The communication between the Protech repair facility and customer service center office in Garrisonville needs improvement.
