I am so happy to get my vehicle back, you can’t even tell that my rear bumper was damaged. Dave genuinely cared about the qaulity of their work and the guys in the background did an awesome job. I am extremely satisfied with my service and the quality was great. The constant updates were awesome. But I had to wait 45 minutes after the rental company dropped me off at 9:10am. The shop was supposed to be open at 9am. Mike was kind enough to help move the process along even though he was the technician on duty covering whom ever was late. He was very apologetic and brought me my car. After driving off, I can see and feel the dirt and dust that was on the dashboard and steering wheel. The worst was after turning on the heat when dirt blew in my face.
