Our only complaint would be the 10 day estimate for what turned out to be a 5 day repair. I assume you did it to avoid any problems with parts delivery. Thankfully it turned out not to be a problem for us but we found it quite irritating. Since we were offered only a yes/no question we could not give you a correct feedback score.

I was impressed with the service from the moment I arrived at the shop. I felt the staff was well-informed, expert, welcoming, straight forward and explained everything thoroughly and succinctly. I am very happy with the work that they did- it's excellent.

The team from start to finish was very professinal in the way the claim was processed. The front desk keep you informed. The body shop does an outstanding job with repairs and paint. Car was delived on time as quoted. "KUDOS" to RS Collision.

Additionally, she was able to deliver the vehicle to me in time for an evening appointment. The work done on my vehicle is top notch. It was delivered clean inside and out.
