On the day I was scheduled to pick up my car, I called for a status and between transfers and hold time I was on the phone for 27 minutes and was then told the person who was over my repairs was at lunch and would call me back when he returned. I didn't receive a call. When my husband called he was not given the run around, and the pick up day was changed to 2 day later.
