I just got my car back today. However I did get text updates and it was nice to be able to drop off car n rental there and all at one place to make it way easier with work n stress of life. It was very nice to have all in one place and also that I asked for text msg n I did get update n set up my pick up time by text which was way easier with work than trying to call or play phone tag so to me that was awesome that they text n worked with my schedule that way as it was easy and best way to reach me. So I have never had text updates n set up time and all through text so thanks so much

Everything was very easy and communication along the way was great, even the ease of flexibility in picking up my car a few days after it was done because I was out of town. The two disappointing things were the end of the experience, when my wife arrived to pick up our car everything was great until our car wouldn’t start , the battery was dead. That cars batter is not that old if shouldn’t have been dead and having a toddler with you it’s very inconvenient, the other thing was the state in which the car was returned to us, it was dirty, and had finger prints all over the body and glass. It would have been appreciated if they cleaned up after themselves. Body work looks good.
