Took my highlander in on October 29th to get an estimate and was told to bring it back on November 5th so they could order the parts and have them ready and the repairs would take about 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 3 then 4 weeks then I just got my vehicle back this last Thursday but was to return back the next day so they could fix a lock cylinder and trim pieces that needed replaced. Communication was an issue I called back on Friday evening at 4pm to see why I never got a call to bring it back and was told the parts didn’t come in today bring it back on Monday and we will get it all back together and order have them program the new lock cylinder so I take it in on Monday morning expecting it back the same day as was told and didn’t hear anything till after I left a message later that afternoon that one of the parts won’t be in till Tuesday. It’s Friday December 13th and I finally got my vehicle back after 5 weeks and was not offered any kind of compensation for all the inconvenience that I’ve experienced and I usually don’t do reviews but I felt like I had to do it this time. I will also be leaving a google and yelp reviews because almost a month and a half is way too long to be without a vehicle and not having the best communication when I was first told about 2 weeks.

The service was all around excellent.
Everything was perfect from what I can tell but this is only the first 24 hours and I haven’t had a chance to look over the entire car but the service and the people have been nothing but spectacular.... Corey who handled my account when I checked out Jeevan stayed an extra 10 minutes due to traffic since I live three hours away to make sure I had my car tonight.
I didn’t notice that I missing my Tonto cover or the cover that goes over the back engine compartment I’ll call tomorrow and let them know it’s not there I’m sure they’ll ship it to me or whatever is needed thank you so much you guys are awesome!!!????????
