My vehicle was damaged by Abra when it was supposed to be repaired. Now I have paint chipping off my roof rack and the HYUANDAI letters are falling off as a result of the work that was done to repair the right side of my vehicle. My car did not enter your shop in this condition and I am very disappointed that is has come out looking worse. In addition, when I would call to check on the status of my vehicle no one would answer or I would leave a voicemail and no one would promptly return my call. I am definitely not satisfied with my experience with your shop.

I liked getting the daily text messages informing me of the progress on my car. Estimated time it would take to complete was spot on. I’ve had people tell me how places would say ****-2 days and it took 5. When I asked family and friends who they recommend for my repair Abra was mentioned by every last one of them. ????

The car looks like new, inside and out. The damaged bumper is completely restored, and the interior is spotless. I was delighted with the results. The people I dealt with were all knowledgeable and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use Abra again. Thanks!

Today is Day 6 out of “4”. Initially told face to face it would only be 2-3. Really irritated and still have yet to receive a call that my car is ready. Someone called me back and was extremely rude about the dates he gave me stating he put 4 on the estimate and he may have but I didn’t look and listened to the information he was giving me verbally which is why I was expecting 2-3. And not 6. Will not recommend your services to anyone in the Bismarck/Mandan area.

The bumper was put back incorrectly on my pickup. The shop couldn't figure out why a service engine light was on. I had to take it to the Ford dealership. It was in the shop there for another two or three days before they determined the problem was an incorrect installation of the bumper. While it wasn't a catastrophic issue, it certainly was an inconvenience.
