Got my 4Runner back yesterday, on time! Danyelle was super helpful, the center did a great job bringing my new 4Runner back to new again after a collision! Couldn’t be happier with the service, the work, and the people. Purchased the vehicle from Charles Maund, service my vehicle at Charles Maund, and repaired my vehicle at Charles Maund. I’ll never go anywhere else!

****) repaired or replaced parts that were painted at Charles Mound Collision center don't match the original paint color "Shoreline Blue" of the rest of the car. Drastically different color exterior body parts immediately adjacent to each other. Given an explanation that that had put "compound" on the new paint. Not satisfied with miss-match colors. Obvious color variance in both daylight and evening light. 2) Hood was repaired rather than replaced. Hood is had noticable warping on the exterior and dent on the interior. Hood not alligned properly. Noticable variance in spacing all around Hood. 3) I had asked for an estimate when I brought the car in on 8/29/18. I returned again on 8/31/18. Again no estimate. Was told car would not be looked at till the following Tuesday. I called the following Friday, and was told it was in being painted and would be done in a couple of days. Again no estimate. Recieved a text that it was done on Weds 9/13/18 afternoon that car was done. Came in to get car on Thursday 9/14/18. 4) I had asked to retain the parts that were replaced on the intake paperwork. When I came to get the car, I was told that " I could not have them... They belong to Allstate". I was not even given the an opportunity to discuss what was going to happen to my car, see an estimate or parts that were going to be replaced. I was expecting a phone call to discuss the proposed work to be done on my car. I never recieved a call from Charkes Mound Collision, ever... Just automated text messages, including a text for this survey. Car was done very quickly, other body shops had quoted me 4-6 weeks Unacceptable. 5) I will be bringing the car back Monday morning, 9/17/18 and will expect these complaints to be addressed with me, by a senior manager for immediate corrections. I was satisfied with the repair work on the driver's side, but there's a red mark on the passenger side that wasn't there before I left it at your shop. You could have offered to touch it up with a dab of paint. Your before pictures shows a scrape but no sign of it being red.
