The representative who worked with us was Kevin. He was very helpful and respectful of our situation. He guided us through the process of dealing with our insu rance company. Once our car had been totaled he worked with us to get our car fixed to the extent that we were satisfied with keeping it. The car looked wonderful when we picked it up and it was cleaner than it had been in a long time.

A good job but paint didn't quite match. Also I had windshield replaced and within 4 hours a rock hit it and it's broke again. Kevin said he would address the paint issue but let me take the car since I had planned trip for the 4th. I left the warranty at home so do not know if warranty covers the rock chip. I sent a picture to Kevin at ABRA in Iowa City, IA.
