Left a couple things done wrong, or not complete. Missing parts. As well as scratched another part of my vehicle. Had to take back to fix, now not answering phone, and waiting WITHOUT a car until they fix their mistakes. Was not even offered a rental as compensation for the inconvenience.

There seems to be an issue with UNRELATED damage to airbag wiring while BOTH of our family cars were in your care. Which increased our time without our vehicles. I think this needs to be investigated. Seems to be more than a one off and makes me hesitant to use or recommend your services to others in the future. This saddens me because I've always been a happy customer of your services, previous to this issue.

We feel our truck could’ve been repaired but Sanborn was really quick to state this was a total loss when in fact we were right on the fence. We never heard from them once our truck was dropped off, poor communication.

As always your Collision Center did a fantastic job. Even your shuttle driver to Enterprise was polite and very gentlemanly. He opened the door and helped every female passenger out of the van. The repair work was excellent. I have recommend your Center to a number of friends.

While taking over a month to repair my car, now that I have it back,I have a light that is out. The light used to work before it went to the shop. I live very far and the thought of having to drive back there is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Very Friendly and trying to get the job done. Because parts were delayed the timeline was long. There was one part that I asked for because the y said it would be another 4 weeks. I found the part myself the next day and called them and gave the information to the repair shop and they ordered it and was repaired very quickly. Other than that, everything was great! Thank you!

The collision repair Is very satisfactory. The directional signal light replacement is very satisfactory. The additional 2 small dent repairs that I asked to be fixed & billed to me separately from the insurance repair were not done & personnel advised they had no memory or paperwork on the 2 tiny dents I wanted fixed. Otherwise good service.
