Hey my good turkey filled great folks! Customer Service and work by Platinum has been terrific and I would recommend them to everyone! However, 7 hours before I could pick up my car I received the following confusing e-mail from Platinum......but really from you all at Nationwide. Kindly read the below and let me know what sense it should have made to me a consumer? a) my car is ready for pick up? b) well, it's not ready yet but come on over unless you hear from us! c) maybe you'll hear more from us in a month or two but in the meantime we assume you'll be driving the rental car and since you didn't return it right away you owe us several days of rental fees? Hey, you all truly are a 1st class company! Kindly remake your automatic e-mail messages make sense to those of us who have utilized your great rental car services over the years.....not because we had an accident but because we wanted great transportation! They did a great job! I was nervous after getting rear ended in traffic, with a lot of damage to my vehicle. Not only did they do an outstanding job in the repairs, but the Manager Richie was professional and kept me updated through out the entire process. So pleased!

The repair to the left panel were done perfectly, if others will look who did not know about the damaged panel, they will not know that the car had damaged left panel. Painting is superb. The staff were very courteous, explains in details the work to be done.
