The Geico staff was excellent and the John Kennedy collusion staff went beyond my expectations and I’m so grateful for all their help, information and kindness. My car was hit while it was parked in front of my house. Not pleasant but your John Kennedy staff went out of their way to help and did an amazing job and Paul from Geico was there also every step of the way. I was out of town during the repair and both Paul andJk staff kept me posted daily. Just recommended John Kennedy collision to a friend tonight. Told her she was in good hands

I was very impressed how easy everything thing was. From beginning to end, everything was taken care of. Well done!

The repair was not acceptable. When I got the car home in different lighting, I could see low spots and sanding marks in the filler under the paint and clear coat in addition to 2 high spots in the bumper cover top center. There was also black weatherstrip adhesive carelessly slopped on the rear hatch interior beige trim panels. The manager then tried to argue with me and tell me that what I saw wasn't there in regard to the poor body work. The car was left for the repair to be properly completed which the manager insisted could be fixed by buffing the clear coat over the repair. Substandard work and inexcusable customer service. Hopefully the job will be properly completed the second time around. Unfortunately these days few have pride in their work or attention to detail that should be the standard. If they couldn't get a $2100.00 job completed satisfactorily, I'd hate to see a more involved repair.

Horrible place,dishonest and poor customer service. Workers play mental games with the customers. Quality of work is limited.

From what I can see so far the repairs to my car looks good. The car was supposed to be ready by Tuesday, 7 August , However I received a text at 10:30 AM that my car was ready be picked up before 12 Saturday and The use of the rental car Would end Saturday . When I got there no representative from John Kennedy Ford or Geico was there to go over the repairs. Also no one From enterprise was there to receive the rental car. I had to drop everything to pick up the car, a little more warning would have been appreciated .

I was told that my car was ready on Saturday and I could pick it up on Monday but when I arrived it was still being washed and had to wait for a long time it was a hot day and I had errands to run before it got even hotter the work was done very well just a long wait to pick it up
