Service King did an excellent repair to my Wife's 2015 Buick Encore. Didn't take long and Russ and all the staff were great to talk to. They kept me informed of everything. If only the insurance company (PROGRESSIVE) were more professional since their Client rear ended my vehicle could learn from them. They are only about how to save a Buck wherever possible and you constantly have to contact them to even have your rental paid for for the entire time and wait on return calls. I should have sued them for lost wages, OEM parts, etc. They could learn a lot about Business and how to treat people (instead of making those annoying commercials) from Service King which did a Stand Up job.
