The day after I picked up my car, I was loading stuff into the truck, which was full of leaves. Apparently the trunk had been left open while being repaired and leaves had blown in. These should have been cleaned and the car washed prior to me picking it up. The repair work itself was very good.

The repair job that was done is great. Unfortunately, when my wife picked up the car, on her way home she noticed a paint smell. She had me check it when she got home. I soon figured it out when I got in and got some white residue on my pants. I wiped my finger across the dash and and the same. You could slap the floor board and see dust fly up from the carpet. There was settled overspray covering the entire interior. Apparently, something was not taped off well or a door was left open. Had to get it cleaned immediately. Still see it in nooks and crannies. May have to get it detailed now.

Kenneth was the person in charge of my repairs. He never bothered calling me to let me know my car was ready, so I ended up having to call to check on it. I got it a day later than I could have, because I wasn’t notified that it was ready. According to the girl at the front, he put in the notes that he called and left a voicemail. He did no such thing. I know, because I answered every single call from him. Also, the drivers side of my car is now covered in scratches that weren’t there before I brought my car in for repairs. I doubt I’ll be coming back to service king for further repairs.
