Repair did not turn back on my collision avoidance sensor in the front bumper. The sensor is disabled will have to bring my car in Friday morning.

The trimming on the new taillight is red instead of the original color of silver. Also when I go over 45 mph, my car starts making a high buzzing noise that wasn't there before.

The people were very nice. However, I believe that they dropped the **** on getting my truck fixed in a timely manner and failed to deliver on commitments made. This was a simple replacement of my rear bumper and it took 8 days to complete. I was originally told that it would be ready in 3-4 days. Even the status update emails indicated this until the 4th day when I showed up to the office on Friday assuming my truck was ready only to find out that they did not receive the proper brackets. Then on Saturday, I received a voice mail from my service advisor stating that the parts arrived and it would be ready on Monday. I called on Monday afternoon and was told that the truck was not even close to ready and it would at least take through Tuesday afternoon if not Wednesday. Bottom line is that I was mislead and without a truck for 8 days with a less than par rental car and I don’t think it needed to take that long for such a simple repair. Again, everyone that I spoke to was very nice but they were unable to communicate effectively regarding status and a reasonable explanation as to why it took so long. I understand mistakes happen but they offered nothing to me for being inconvenienced by their inability to get this completed in a reasonable timeframe.

Andrew at the FRISCO, TX location was friendly, kept me updated, and had great phone etiquette. Scheduling the car for repair was a run around. It would have been mush easier and less stress if I could have scheduled the repair at the shop level. Why? Because the shop doesn’t know what the scheduling representative says.

I was told job would take two weeks, ended up being five and a half. Asked for both front panels and front bumper cover to be replaced and painted but only fender panels were replaced. I should have looked at the quote closer I guess.

I went to fix a broken mirror but was never told the potential additional cost of reprogramming a car. After the mirror was fixed, I’m told it’s an additional $150 to reprogram my car, which was never factored into my budget. Customers should be aware of this and if the sales person assumed it would automatically reprogram and it didn’t, the store should do it for free. Having lane warning is a safety feature I looked for when buying the car knowing we’d start a family soon. I have a four month old traveling with me always.

Driving away I noticed my tire pressure light was on... thinking it was the weather ... went to Toyota next day and found out there was a nail in my tire .... 100% sure my tire light was off when I brought my car in...

Communication along the way was great. Repairs took a bit longer than expected but that’s seems to be standard with all auto body service shops. Constant communication help
