They called and scheduled repairs as soon as the insurance company gave the ok. The business office handled things efficiently and the service advisor, Yulanda, was very nice & friendly. She even arranged to have the the upholstery on the console cover & armrests redone by an outside party while my car was there. They look great. I was really happy to get that taken care of. The bumper replacement & paint look good. I am satisfied with their service.
