I had an issue with the towing of my car. I was told they would contact me when they received it. I ended up calling them 3-4 days later to make sure they even had my car. After it was confirmed a day later they called and told me I needed to come in to sign the release but start the work on the car. After they started it was estimated to take just a week but then they said the company they ordered the part from didn't really have the part so they ordered it from the dealer instead. So it was going to be Monday when it would be ready. I was notified it got changed to Wednesday. Then on Friday they called and said it would be better if I picked it up Monday because they needed to do a wheel alignment and cleaning. I scheduled a time and on my way up there I called and was told Tuesday would be the better day. Someone was supposed to call to tell me it was done but I didn't get the call until 2pm cst but by that time I had to go to work. I came Wednesday and had a hard time with the payment correction and also the car had scratches on it and the guy said that was wind scratches and also they were only responsible for fixing the bumper.

The paint job was bad. There are pits in the hood, bad work was also done on the drivers door and the back door on the driver's side was left untouched. Parts of the vehicle are missing such as the push start button, handle from the back seat, almost half of the passenger side windshield wiper and the brackets that hold the battery down were ALL MISSING! The brackets were inside the vehicle. The vehicle also does not drive correctly. The front end is out of alignment. My wife was told she would have had to have hit something for the front end to be out of alignment. Well hello, she did in fact hit something, which is the entire reason my vehicle is at your shop. When my wife called she was told that some of these were maintenance issues and that my vehicle was not a push button vehicle. When the windshield was pulled out damage was done to the vehicle. It is NOT a maintenance issue. I do not appreciate my wife being treated like a stupid woman that knows nothing about vehicles. It may not have been the intention but, it was the result. The vehicle is now back at your shop. Please fix this vehicle like it was the vehicle that carried your grand children. Also, someone took all the belongings from inside the vehicle and moved it all to the rear. This wouldn't be a problem except what they did was move glass to where my grand children sit.
