Everything was great with one exception that I still need to address. Apparently they had to get into the trunk in making the repair. The trunk release button is not in a jammed position so I need to take the car back for them to work on it. Also, the spare tie bracket was not put back on the spare tire. Other than that, very pleased with their work.

The Lewisville Team did a great job. The repairs look fine and the service was exceptional. It was also convenient having Enterprise at the location. Would ask the Call Center give better instructions. They said I had to get an estimate and then come back for repairs. i thought both could be done at the same but was told that was not the process. Luckily the Lewisville Shop knew what they were doing and I was able to drop off and get a rental car. Was in and out in 30 min. Great job guys!

Kory was amazing! He took care of everything and even gave me phone calls every few days to update me on my car, so I always knew what was going on. When I got my car back, it looked good as new and had been cleaned inside and out! It looked like it did when I first bought it! AND he got it all done in 1 week! I am so happy to be back in my car again, and Kory made it happen fast and easy!

My car had both driver side doors replaced. I will be having to take it back in because I am hearing a lot of road noise and expect it isn't properly sealed. Customer service was wonderful though and everyone very nice and communicative.

Beyond impressed by the entire team!!!! Ronda was great, loved the updates by texts. A co-worker took her car somewhere else and was frustrated because she had a hard time getting updates. She played phone tag and they would call back but not leave any information. My damage was minor, but the way I was treated was professional . The employees at this location are Great!!! Last year someone ran a red light and t-boned me totaling my car that I had for 7 months and almost totaled me. It's been a long recovery and for my new car to be damaged before I even got plates was disappointing . Thank you for taking care of my car like it was yours! The repair work appears to have been excellent. Your front office (I believe the lady I dealt with is Erin) also was very friendly yet professional in her interactions. While conducting the post-repair walkthrough of the car with me, if I understood your representative correctly, she advised that it would take a week or two for the paint to properly set in, and so far everything seems to be working out fine. I had never dealt with Service King before this, but i have come away very satisfied with my experience.
They kept me informed throughout and we're genuinely interested in getting my car repaired as fast as they could, with commitment to high quality. I would definitely use Service King again.

Sean Pedersen at SK #8 has been my advisor in 2 repairs, and my experience with him and the shops work has been excellent.
I still don't have my car. It took 3 extra days to replace all key locks and reprogram the remotes. It took me 3 seconds to see the remotes don't work. Total waste of nearly 2 1/2 hours.
As far as I can see the car looks great but I will let you know in a few days again. Customer service was great everybody was attentive and very helpful at Service King
Good use of technology to keep me updated on status
Work was done in a professional manner to my satisfaction. There were daily updates on the progress of my repairs and was completed before the ready date they provided. Having car rental services on site was also a big benefit. Overall I am completely satisfied.
From the second i was greeted at the door dropping my car off to picking it up, i had nothing but amazing service. For a situation that is usually dreaded and awful, i was amazed at how fast my car was fixed, the quality of service was perfect and the customer service was the best ive had in years.

due to high volume of repairs it took 12 days to complete my bumper repair. It should have only taken 3 days. The call center should not have had me bring in my car until the volume was lower. My car sat, while I was paying for a rental car.
I'm in California and haven't seen the car yet. My daughter picked it up. She left work early to get the car but hit very heavy traffic. The lady stayed late and waited for her and had the car pulled up for her. That's the "service" in Service King, I suppose!

To your company it may seem minor...but I would expect that if you are replacing my door panel - and painting the panel is part of the repair - that the "paint dust" would be cleaned from my interior door handle, door pull, and dashboard prior to returning it to me! Minor...yet keeps me from feeling that my complete satisfaction was your company's priority!!
I WILL say that Erin at the front desk is absolutely, hands down, the best at customer relations!!! And, although not part of your company, Alex at Enterprise was very accommodating and nice!! Those were my two good experiences!

This place was awesome to deal with first of all. They were able to get me in despite having a computer server acting up on my check in day. My service advisor, Sean, kept me updated on what was going on with my truck every step of the way. Plus I received text messages from Service King on additional live updates. My truck looks like the day I bought it thanks to this facility. Will definitely highly recommend, and use them in the future.

From the time you drop your vehicle off to the time you pick it up is a great experience. Everyone is friendly. I chose to be alerted via text message through the process. Each day I received a cute text stating the process and that my car was happy and being taken care of.

It was frustrating to have to make plans for transportation each day because the Service King would tell me it would be ready on a Monday then sende an email Sunday saying it was puched back until Wednesday. This happened every couple days for 2 weeks. I would not get a solid comin on the completion date. Then when I originally wanted to drop the car off on Friday, I had work and I wanted to drop it thrusday and leave the keys so they could work on it because the in house insurance agent had already done the paperwork I was told I could not. I had to take off a day of work just to drop the keys off. The day I got it back there was a tail-light bulb that was out that was not noticed. However on the last point l, it was made right.
