Your closest shop did not have an opening until 11/19. the shop who did the work was an additional 20 miles away. SK told me work would take 3 -5 days. It took 8. SK indicated that the delay was due to Honda.

When you fix my car it's not the same as the original one, and when you're done fixing it, there's no cleaning inside and there's still fingerprints. I think you should clean up before returning the car to the guests. Thanks for fixing the car.

I will be returning the vehicle for warranty repairs. This is the second collision repair with Service King. In each case, new damage was incurred by service king during their repair. Quality of workmanship and care of the vehicle during repair is substandard.
I was informed that additional time was required in order to repair paint damage incurred as a result of incorrect installation of the charging port door. Review of the repair inside the charge port opening shows poor/unfinished paint work that I feel I could have looked more professional with a can of spray paint from home depot.
Just recently, a plastic trim piece from inside the truck has come dislodged and will not stay in place. there appears to be missing retaining clips for carpet trim in the truck.
Service King claims to have a "quality inspection" as part of it's final steps in delivery. If this is the case, it speaks volumes to culture of quality workmanship at this center & company.
