We received our car with the spare tire missing, and also the jumper cables and external jumper battery (everything from the trunk). We hope to have this all located soon. Also it seems that your final delivery typically includes a cleaning of trash etc from the inside, and our was not cleaned. This is less of an issue. We understand that the location we used is very busy.

A few years ago USAA gave me the choice of who to use for body work. I choice SK because it is near my house. Great job! Again, same thing. Could have gone to Sewell. This time, it took over one month for the work. Don’t need to know why, but very disappointed.
