My initial impression is a job well done. The car looked extremely good and like nothing has happened – a deer hit. The car came back incredibly clean outside and inside was vacuumed and dusted. I did Appreciate the text messages to keep me up-to-date and the phone call when I was ready from a live person. It was finished almost on time, one day later but for quality work I have no objections about that.
The repair was done with Geico express, it truly was a wonderful experience. From Rent-A-Car to the way updates are handled. It was seamless and that helps in a stressful situation.
I will update as time goes on if any flaws manifest in the repair.

The repair is awful even your adjusters said so. Geico had different people working on my case and one person had the damage confused with another part, they called Johnny at your repair facility and said don’t repair. Johnny has it “repaired” anyways. So last evein the rain and darkness he told me that your repair guy was “working for free so what do you expect??” I have them a lecture about reputation. I will be calling your main office later today. Total debacle..
