The body shop called us three times and we had to make three trips from Gadsden before the vehicle was finally repaired. During the first two visits we found numerous problems with the completed repairs including unpainted surfaces on the new door trim and a different color paint on the door frame during the second visit. Although repairs were finally completed it should not have taken three trips. The quality assurance area of the body shop needs considerable improvement.
