This has been the fourth time I have workrd with Nina Marier, and she has always been very professional and courteous. She is knowledgible and has always been very helpful in helping me through the prcess.
In my opinion she is an asset to the Jim Browne organization.
I feel that the people that work there wasn't friendly. One of the guys that work in the Zephyrhills kept saying you can't get your car back until they get the money. I knew that but he kept saying it. I didn't appreciate it at all. They told me it would take four days and it was two weeks in a half. I got my car back today and looked in the back seat and saw where they threw my old bra from my car in the back seat and left it there. I felt made me feel real bad.
I realize it was maybe not your fault, but we sure needed it long we got it back.

What do you at Jim Browne have to say for yourself. Enterprise is not happy either. I’m letting people know not to take your car there
Communication could have been better. I was told we would receive status updates by text. We did not receive any.

Very positive end-to-end experience with all of the staff over the phone and in person. Please let Mr. Browne know that he has a great team there. The two reps that answered the phone were very clear and concise with next steps. The driver was so friendly. The work done looks like it’s brand new in that area. I was provided regular status and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thank you to all of the staff for making what should be a real pain a positive experience. . I will be back to get more work done now that I know the quality of work and excellent service provided at a Jim Browne Collision Center. The headlights are not adjusted properly and there is a screw missing that holds the windshield washer fluid in place
From the time I pulled my car in everyone was so nice, they called the rental place for me to be picked while they worked on my car. Then they kept me informed with text how things were going. Then called to let me know it was ready. I didn’t think I would make it before they closed and they were going to stay open until I got there. I did make it on time, but was great to know I didn’t have to rush they would wait !
I will recommend Jim Browne collision to everyone I know!

Jim Browne collision center had amazing customer service, they finished my car quickly and efficiently. I had it back in only row days when I thought it would take at least a week. Will definitely come back with any more cosmetic needs.
